-A 10% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking. With the remainder due before your function.
-Billing for your function is based on head counts, so updated numbers are what you will be billed for. 48 hours before day of function a final head count and any last minute details should be given. A head count will be conducted the night of your function to confirm numbers with that which is given, with any more then expected to be discussed at a later date.
-Dishware; most halls have dishware that is available to use. However, if you have an outside function or at a hall that dishware is not available, we do rent dishware out. Anything from plates, wine glasses, silverware, anything needed for a function we have.
-Table linen and linen napkins are available to rent, through Burns Catering at a charge of our cost per unit. A wide selection of colors is available to choose from. Counts are based on 1 table cloth for every 8 people, plus other table’s head-table, gift table, etc.). Napkins are based on 1 per person, keeping in mind to order extra for every place setting that you set for.
With over 25 years in the food service industry, doing a count-less number of functions from 10-700 people in size, with on site and off site premise catering. We have trained wait staff, experienced cooks. We can cater to almost any menu options.
We do school board functions, fundraisers, weddings, office/work parties, bus groups almost any type of function. We can do limited menu’s, so if there’s something that your looking for but don’t need the whole menu or all the service, we can work with you. We do a ton of beef take-outs every year, sliced, ready to go, thick or thin cut, hot or cold. Just pick it up, go to your function and relax. If there is something in the catering info package that you’re looking for that’s not in it, just ask and we can probably do it. Like breakfast catering, light lunches for meetings, pizza’s for late lunches, etc., etc.
