Our 70 seat restaurant offers a family setting and full menu offering breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as our take-out menu with wings and Genuine Broaster Chicken. We are located in historic Dresden, with Uncle Tom’s Cabin and the Dresden Racetrack just minutes away.
In 2013 we renovated the front of house at Burns. We have a whole new entrance way, windows, siding, interior updating, wheel chair ramp.
A few things to point out:
-We use only fresh 9 Cut chicken for our Famous Broasted Chicken
-Use fresh local eggs from Roesch Meats & More
-We use Maple City Bakery for most of our baked goods
-We have over 20 full & part time local people that we employee, that help support our local economy, through our catering and event rentals business
-We help support local sports clubs, ball teams, Dresden Minor Soccer, the Jr, Kings
-Donate countless prizes and dollars to local services clubs, charity groups
Broasted Chicken
This is what puts us on the map, our famous Broasted chicken. We hand toss Fresh Canadian raised 9cut chicken in our special seasoned flour, cook them in our pressure cookers and the end result is a crispy outside and juice inside piece of chicken.
